bad after sales service! not worth the diaper they're marketing!

i bought a box of Huggies nappies and they were all defective. i complained to KC who sent me a voucher for R177(nappies were R350) and to make matters worse, after driving from one store to another, it turns out the voucher isnt redeemable! not only was money wasted on their product, my fuel,airtime and most importantly time that could have been spent with my family!
