Baby soft toilet tissue more like cardboard, not so soft

I recently purchased baby soft 2 ply toilet tissue which was not soft and more like cardboard. I contacted them and was given a gesture voucher of R65,99. That doesn't even cover the cost of quarter of the pack leaving alone the cost incurred of purchasing the reject item. When queried, the agent Rania didn't even bother to reply. Baby soft quality is going down the drain as it is clear that I am not the only customer complaining
