Baby Soft no longer soft!

Baby soft toilet rolls, 2 ply have become harder as you use the roll. I’ve noticed this in the last few 18 packs that I’ve bought. Each roll seems to start nice and soft but it’s certainly not the case by the time you get to the end of the roll. They are no longer Baby Soft in the least. I’ll have to change my brand.
