Angry mom with the horrible service from Kimberly clark

I bought huggies gold for my 4 moth old baby. I have noticed a leakage as well once the diaper is wet its getting torn. I emailed Kimberly Clark with pictures after 10days I was told my picture was nt accepted bcoz a little part of the end packet of diapers was creased. Keep in mind this was the second time I had a bad experience with huggies gold.... I have sent a Pic containing the main information needed to Kimberly Clark sa but apparently it was not good enough bcoz the smart part of the packet was creased
