Worst experience of my entire life, Avoid Kilokor Motors...

Hi, to anyone that wants to do business with Kilokor Motors, unfortunately, I am a sucker to their bad service as well, in November 2024 I got a rent to own vehicle from them through a lady called "CHARMAINE", CHEV SPARK 1.2LS 2011, my financial situation was not to great as I lost my job a year before this and in November 2024 I got a new job and needed a vehicle for work, long story short the vehicle was "R109 000" of which i had to pay R24000 deposit but only had R15k at the time and would pay R500 a month extra on the rental amount until i reached the R24k for this rent to own deal to take off, I needed a car urgently and proceeded.

In February 2025 the car breaks down while i am on my way to a work client and now i am needing to be towed 250km back to JHB, at this point, i am now without a vehicle for 2 whole weeks, they then hold me responsible for the towing, as well as the repairs of the vehicle, total amounting to R16000, I am told the computer box failed and they wont release the vehicle until i pay 50% deposit towards the so called repairs, I obviously cant pay 50% and then make arrangements to pay R4000 upfront and R1500 monthly thereafter until the "R16k" is paid for, they didn't give me no 3rd party slips or receipts for any work that was supposedly carried out, only an invoice from the KILOKOR workshop, how do I know and how should I believe that there was actually 3rd party work done as they said there was on the spark plugs, the fuses and the main component which is the "computer box", "The computer box needed to be repaired from an outsourced company" but no proof of this was produced.

So i get the car back, drive it for roughly 25 days literally on the day that they take my installment, after the supposed repairs were performed... (last month), the same thing happens while on my way to do groceries with my family and I am now stuck on the highway, needless to say, I am once again without a car for 1 week after they tow it back as its the "computer box again". I then get it back 3 weeks ago with the headlight bulbs removed (missing) and the wiring laying loose from the dashboard, windscreen cracked, *****s loose and not put back to their original places, I can go on and on but we would be here all day, I decided last week that i rather speak to my manager and let him know my situation and what kind of deal i entered into, he agrees that i rather use the work van for any traveling needed to be done for work until i get to a better financial situation and last week I returned the vehicle as it was just unfair for me to pay so much for a car I can barely use and feels unsafe with, not a sorry from any of the staff nothing, instead, i ask about receiving my deposit back and I am rather told i breached the contract so i wont get my R15k back, so what about the R4k i had to pay towards the repairs and towing? I paid R4k for what? Because the problem was still there, which means they ****** me of my R4k as well as my R15k deposit and would continue to do so if I remained in this deal and didn't cancel the contract. Who wants to jump in a car you pay nearly R6k for monthly and feel nervous while driving anywhere. Now i dont have a car or my deposit, is anyone able to assist me to retrieve my R15k in this regard? I also do believe this car was in an accident before I received it, as the steering wheel wouldn't stop shaking from the day i received it in November 2024 and I addressed it with their workshop but no option was given to rectify the problem, i left it eventually and the problem persisted until i dropped it off last week, i go back on Kilokor website yesterday and the car is for sale again for R109 000, please avoid this vehicle its registration is BD89DKGP, it is a damaged vehicle, I was using it as a damaged vehicle and could have been killed in this death trap, avoid it at all costs, White Chev Spark 1.2LS 2011 model, steer clear.
