Workshop personnel service

I am still experiencing issues with my Ford Fiesta im renting from Kilokor motors, I was asked to get quotes closer to my home so that it would be less inconvenience. I did so and William did everything to help me to get this done. The vehicle still needs attention and Kilokor offered a loaner so that I can bring the Fiesta to the workshop so they can sort this issue. While driving yesterday the radiator fan fell out of the motor for the second time and I immediately contacted William and he said they will also sort this for me. Upon fitting the fan back to the radiator I started the car and saw that the radiator was now leaking water. Maybe it got damaged when the fan came off. I contacted Kilokor this morning and was assisted by Shaun. They are now going to come and pick up the Fiesta from my home and bring the loan vehicle with. I really appreciate the service that the workshop personnel are rendering. A special thanks to William for always helping and also to Shaun for his quick response and help.
