Waiting period to receive car after paying deposit
I app**** for a rent to own car Friday the 22 Sept 2017 got feedback on the 26 Sept when I asked about application to come in 27th with deposit and choose car I did that and chose and paid the deposit as I was told to do immediately. I was then told my car would be ready Friday on Friday still nothing until I sent emails after emails Saturday we were told the car will be ready Monday I take off work and go at 3:30pm Monday and am told car is ready but will have to get it tomorrow as tracker is yet to be installed where is the customer service here I am so disappointed in the service and guess there's nothing I can do but wait
Kilokor has a standard waiting period of 3 working days after the deposit reflects in our bank account. The vehicle needs to go to roadworthy, it has to undergo a valet and the tracker needs to be fitted. We always try to do the delivery faster than 3 working days, but if the vehicle for instance fail the road worthy test on account that the brakepads needs replacement, it might take longer, as this needs to be done before the vehicle may be delivered. We try to deliver the vehicle in the best possible condition in the shortest time possible.
