Very bad customer service
I am not happy as it was my first car purchase and i had to wait over a week after paying my deposit on the 30th of September to get my car, i wasnt able to first view the car before my deposit was paid. I was told i need to pay first before any documentation could be sent to me and then on the form it stated that i actualy have 5 days in which i can secure the vehicle by paying my deposit. There was issues with the first vehicle then i was sent pics to choose a different vehicle i was promised i could collect it on the 8th of OCtober and then the sales guy states he had forgotten that i told him my licence was expired and i was goin to collect the renewal on the day of my collection. I was furious as this was not communicated before when i was told that by Tuesday the 4th of October i would collect the first vehicle that actually had an issue. So the guy said it was his mistake and he shouldve informed me nd notified the insurance about the licence issue. On the 8th of October i said i wanted to speak to management as i wasnt able to view any of the cars and had to immediately pay my deposit then i was promised two different delivery days which never took place. After all of this Bailie PROMISED that he would give me a full tank of petrol on collection of my vehicle. The day i went to collect, my installment was raised so initially the docs said i would pay R3360 per month which i signed for, next thing im being told my installment has increased to R3635,i had not budgeted for that. I collected my car and the tank was only half, Bailie said they werent able to fill it and yet he was the one who messed up and now again theres another story and he PROMISED me the client a full tank. I feel there was zero transparency and i still want the fuel that i was PROMISED.
