I have addressed each of your complaints on this forum. YOUR last reply stated the following: Thank you for your message regarding the deposit. I acknowledge your position that the vehicle was returned following non‑payment and that this constitutes a breach of the Rental Agreement.

I understand that, in line with the Consumer Protection Act and the Rental Agreement, the deposit will only be reconciled once the vehicle has been fully assessed and all reasonable costs — including arrears, repairs for re‑sale, and collection expenses — have been determined.

I kindly request that you provide me with a detailed statement of these costs once the assessment has been completed, together with confirmation of any remaining balance of the deposit. Please also advise on the expected timeframe for finalizing this reconciliation.

I appreciate your cooperation and look forward to receiving the breakdown in due course. Going forward, all communication will be limited to email correspondence and engagement through MIOSA.

As mentioned by kilokor management that u guys will do the break down on the car as to what needs to be repaores and not me, i will then await your urgent response to thus matter as i would like to get thus matter sorted with in the time frame its been two weeks already and do not understand your delay regards to thus. A legal consultant will be addressed to get thus matter sorted

Further mpre where i have proof that rassie advise that i should return the car to save cost which i delivered and do so, togeter with my wife and the gentle lee that were present. Thus is how kilokor avoid to get matters sorted with they delay tactics.

Good day As mentioned and follow up yes i acknowledge that Kilokor is aware of my emails, complains etc, hence said in my previous review, where and i quote what Kilokor Motors management rep**** ' Regarding the deposit, the vehicle was returned following non-payment, which constitutes a breach of the rental agreement. In line with the Consumer Protection Act and the Rental Agreement, the deposit can only be reconciled once the vehicle has been fully assessed and reasonable costs, including arrears, repairs for re-sale and collection costs, have been determined. Any remaining balance will be addressed thereafter.' My response thereof was i would like to get a statement from Kilokor Motors once they so called determine repair cost i can once again show proof of such. Yes u will say no comment but i wont let this slide, yes i breach promise by not paying for one month, i refuse to be charge for collection where i have proof it was said i should return the vehicle no charge. then as i know about two things that needs replaced or repairs was the left mirror and the center wheel cap, engine parts etc. was nothing wrong with it body was and is still in the same condition i started renting the car as I'm not reckless as Kilokor, but as said I'm not a stupid nor will be taken as one as i know Kilokor faults and errors.
