thank you for this service. I would like to complain against kilokor motors, a company that rents cars in Johannesburg. I am not happy with the way they handled my deposit money. kilokor motors decided to deduct almost 50% of my deposit money without my knowledge to repair their rental car that i was using under the<br> pretext that i was the cause of the burst tyres despite me insisting that the car felt unstable from day one. kilokor motors knows of this problem with the car i was using as previous clients have complained similar problem with the car but they chose to ignore it just the way they did with my complain regarding the same car and decided to blame it on me. they did not have the courtesy to communicate about the amount deducted. kilokor motors chose their own amount to charge which probably is more than the real cost. how do i know?besides, the document i signed upon return of the car showed a different amount compared to the amount i received which is lesser. on top of that kilokor motors took over ten days to return the deposit amount. kilokor motors to my opinion is unprofessional and substandard in their client handling. i would not recommend kilokor motors to anyone
