THE BAD SERVICE I RECEIVED THUS FAR AND MY CAR BEING ADMITTED 3 MONTHS THUS FAR WITH NO PROGRESS

after my last review with kilokor motors(the car was idling fine and it was promising that there's progress, i went to them to check the developments of my vw polo to which their sales man named Cristo told me its under mechanical assessment and when i went back again to check how far is the mechanical assessment(went back after four days. I communicated with them telephonically to check the progress thereof to which i wasn't satisfied with their answer). i was welcomed with an invoice and the key to my car(meaning no mechanical work was done, i was only told to pay and get my car). the question is how then do i take a car that is not fully fixed and why suddenly they are defaulting from the initial agreement in the first place. Jeremy took me to the car and as i tried to start the car, it was back to the worse condition i know it(car) to be. mister Che stevens served me with an invoice which i then realized that somehow this people i just getting rid of me and the quote thereof doesn't make sense at all. my car was admitted on the 10th of September 2024 to date. they were supposed to replace the battery switch which i bought, assess the electrical part of the car to which in my own accord was impacted by the broken switch(the electrical part). and do a mechanical assessment. however it seems as though my car was neglected and cars that came after it were fixed and discharged. till today the car is still at kilokor motors and the grievance I've lodged with Jeremy, nobody has come back to me with a progress report. in actual fact what they are good in doing is make excuses to prolong everything(i call it the sales tack tick). for an rmi approved dealership like kilorkor, those within this community who have suffered the same fate as i have in treatmentment, patronization through bad communication and the bad service rendered thereof to me by kilokor, i say matters such as this should be reported to the ombudsman.
