Ronel has no problem building rapport with her customers, and this is a great customer service skill she possesses. She has the natural ability to understand and feel what her customers are experiencing, and she can meet their needs effectively. Ronel has always been offering excellent service, whether taking a call, a WhatsApp, or an email message. Ronel, you have a lot of repeat customers (asking for you by name to handle their account) due to the outstanding service you provide. Looking forward in dealing with you for the second time.
