****** of my deposit money at Kolokor

Kilokor motors is a **** full of smiling ****s. I rented a car, when l went to sign the contract l was told that on the monthly,car insurance money and tracker is included there. After two years the vehicle was involved in an accident they started telling me stories that the vehicle was not insured but if l need another vehicle l can come and apply using the same deposit amd if l'm not interested l can simply send my proof of account so l can be refunded my deposit. I refused and asked for a refund and sent them my proof of account but, two weeks after, nothing came through. It was Elsabe from kilokor newlands who said so. When l called again to ask about my money l was then told that l had insured my money hence the insurance had expired so l wont be getting any money from them. Who on earth insures a small amount of money and not insure a car. I do not even know about the deposit insurance they are talking about as it is not there on my contract. They are SMILING ****S !!!! BE CAREFUL AND THINK TWICE BEFORE WORKING WITH THEM. I will deal with those ****s l cant be ****** by grannies. They cant be seeking retirement money from me.
