Kilokor Service Department

I have bought a Ford fiesta from Kilokor Motors Newlands on 13/2/2026. I had some minor problems with the car and contacted the service department where I was assisted by William. He helped to get my son back home after taking the car at the workshop. The next day they brought back the vehicle after repair was done but the following day I had problems again. I contacted William and we arranged for them to collect the car today 24/02/2026 from my work which they did and are currently sorting out the problem. I personally want to thank William for the great service and assistance I am getting from him. It is difficult for me to get to work but I am also trying to compromise from my side because of the good service I am getting. Great stuff William and thank you for also trying to assist when I don't get any feedback from your other departments. Pieter Jordaan
