From the very beginning, Jayde was courteous, friendly and exceptionally helpful. She went above and beyond to assist us in structuring a deal that truly suited our needs — something almost unheard of in the rent-to-own space, where it is often a case of “take it or leave it.”

Her communication throughout the process was consistent and reassuring. She stayed on top of every step, and even after we took delivery, we never felt like we had become just another “sold” client. Jayde continued to assist with queries and followed up with various departments, often taking initiative far beyond what was required. Her dedication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
