Great service but can work on after service delivery

Great service when we first arrived at the dealer. When we got approved and got the wheels turning, the dealer did not complete the agreed work prior collecting the vehicle. After collecting the vehicle it was a struggle to get the agreed work completed. The dealership gives friendly servive, but want to sell the vehicle with doing the bare minimal additional work, for example giving me a spare key. The condition of there vehicles are good and can't complain about the overall vehicle condition.
