Good day to anyone that can assist please🙏🏼We relocated to Capetown and got into arrears with our vehicle, which is rent to own from Kilokor ontdekkeks Johannesburg. The collected the vehicle yesterday with an amount owing of R8100. We have been paying this car for more than 4 years amount of R3500 a month.Cost of car was R72000. We have made a plan to come up with the finance today and want to collect. The lady Raylene whose handling the issue is now full of stories making excuses saying invoice lady not there and the longer car stays the more storage we have pay as if they do not want to give car back. Please can someone assist🙏🏼

We are in active communication with the company and have expressed our concerns regarding the extra day of storage. At Kilokor Rentals, we strive to maintain transparency with our clients at all times. We have been in regular contact with yourself regarding the outstanding rental amount, but unfortunately, no payment was not received.
As this is a rental vehicle on a “drive first, pay later” basis, and with payments more than two months in arrears, we had no alternative but to proceed with collection of the vehicle.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
