Disgust

I'm really disgusted in Kilokor Motors, how do they sleep at night knowing they sold you a car with pre-existing conditions and when you take it back to them they charge you for fixing it and for labour? How can an Alternator packed up in less then 3 months, since I bought the car? Now the insurance have rejected my claim cause there is no service history on the car and when I phoned Hyundai I was told the last service on the car was done in 2008 when the car was just under 60 000 km. When I bought the car at Kilokor Motors the clock was just over 213 000km. For all the times I had to go back to Kilokor Motors it cost me petrol for things that should have been fixed when the car was sold to me. For the life of me I don't know how that car passed the roadworthy test if the reverse lights of the car was not working? Nathan

Alternator is a wear and tear item, can fail any time, without warning. Insurance rejected claim, as client failed to do a service.  Kilokor disclosed to client when last service was done, the client entered into a contract independent of Kilokor with Insurer. Other problems were all resolved.

Wow what a load of bull, as Kilokor did not even know when last was the service done on the car. The only thing Kilokor told me was to get the car services after 15000 km. The other problems have not been resolved, the reverse lights are still not working and the window washer has not been fixed. Other problems resolved is all lies and more lies. I'm still going a head with laying a complain with the regulator for the breaching of the POPI Act when I found some one else's personal information inside the car.

We are unfortunately not capable to repair a vehicle if it is not in our workshop as you fail to bring it in.  We have contacted you numerous times to make an appointment.  We fully comp**** with all disclosures.  Please make an appointment with us so the issues can be finalized.
