Bad service from Kilokor

good day on the 7th of February around 18h00 I notice I had an sms sent by Kilokor stating that due to arreas on my car,it will be collected today.PLEASE note fuel cut will be activated immediately. Regards Rassie-Kilokor) my complain is I never received a call regards that I was not aware cos it was a December payment. immediately same day I got a lot of missed calls from my husband the car is not moving and he already arranged a mechanic to fix the car and he cod not beacause it was the fuel pump, following day I went to kilokor motors I saw Mr Rassie he showed me my account that when I realized my account was due by one month but I sent him an sms requesting that I will be able to pay the due amount on the 27th of February and he activated the fuel pump, now the challenge was the car was not moving so I called him to assist they arranged a towing car to tow the car the whole weekend the car was in the premises of kilokor now on Monday when I sent Rassie an email requesting that we get the car before end of business he told me we cant get the car I must first pay arrears and towing car following day I had to borrow 2000 so that I pay half of my instalment and we managed to get the car now on the 14/02/2018 got another sms from Rassie saying ,Mrs Mtshulubi this is to confirm that you will pay outstanding money of R2646.00 on 26/02/18 and towing cost of R1173 off next month 26/02/2018, then I sent Rassie an sms acknowledging sms but quering the amount of R1173 response from Rassie was if that R1173 is not paid the car will come back, that is not what we agreed on and I told him I don't have the 1173, please assist

Ms Mtshulubi,

At the outset it must be said, that this is a Rental vehicle. If rentals are unpaid we do collect as fast as possible. Mrs Mtshulubi was informed via sms that the vehicle will be immobilised and she did not inform Mr Mtshulubi who was using the vehicle that day of the immobilisation. All the money spent on the car after the sms was sent to Mrs Mtshulubi was because of a mis-communication between herself and her husband. If he was timeously informed of the immobilisation there would have been no extra costs. As Mrs Mtshulubi is our client, we only communicated with her.

Mrs Mtsulubi contacted the towing company herself to tow the vehicle. Our company only confirmed with the towing company that Mrs Mtshulubi is one of our clients.

We were already lenient in accepting only half of the payment to assist Mrs Mtshulubi and feel that if Mrs Mtshulubi wants to discuss any further terms, she will have to contact the manager.
