Absolutely poor/no service

Been struggling since 2018 with the car they gave me. When I received the car, it was not even serviced, the release bearing was not right since the first day and they refuse to fix it. My back door got a dead lock, smoke coming out my engine when driving, right front Window not workingng, turbo problems. They refused me to take the car to anyone else, but only them to fix it. Been sending emails, phone calls etc. Etc. December they "fixed" my car sending me a invoice off almost R8000 again and absolutely nothing has been fixed and car is getting worse and worse. It's been two months later again, without any help from them. We've been asking if I can please exchange this car for another one, then I got told I need to put a new deposit down, so my other deposit got ******???!!!! It would've been only the monthly installment to change as I even got increased and car allowance at work now, which I did not had before, which means I can get another car (different monthly amount).

I will take this matter now further to the car dealership ombudsman aswell as this is absolutely unacceptable.
