Kilnerpark Security - Pathetic Response & Unprofessional Admin Department

On 4 December 2021, the alarm went off twice. No response from Kilnerpark Security. On 5 December we discovered that the store was broken into and items were ******. On 25 December 2021, we saw someone on the premises that was not supposed to be here. We pressed the panic alarm 5 times with no response. Had to phone them and ask to send someone out. The panic alarm did not even register on their system. No recommendation for Kilnerpark Security from our household.

The professionalism from their Admin Department is absolutely appalling, to say the least. The clients are treated with the utmost disrespect and that is a disgrace.
