Kilnerpark security ******

I was a customer for more than 10 years with them. Over December I notified them that I was going on holiday and they need to do extra patrols. The first and second night I received calls from them saying the alarm went off. I told them to go look and never did they let me know that anything was wrong. Ten days later I came home only to see that my home was broken into. I contacted them and they knew nothing. The lady on phone actually swore at me. On getting there report I found that three nights the alarm went off repeatedly and I have footage which shows they came out two of the nights dat in there car in front of gate and once shone torch up drive way and then drove off. On the third night no one even came out and that night my alarm was tampered with. Kilnerpark security said that they lost signal. Never even done effort to let me know. Now they deny and looking for excuses and I gave them three weeks to come clean but no they not interested. The recording of the women thate swore at me is also now conveniently non excisting.
