Overcharge and wrong goods supp****

I ordered a programming cable for a Kirisun 2-way radio @ R285, plus R100 for door-door delivery, which was paid by eft. I then received an email that because we are an outlying area we must pay an extra R550. I emailed back that it was not acceptable, and they should try Speed Services to our local post office box. The parcel was mailed to me (normal parcel mail @ R22.00 (they charged me R100 for delivery). When it arrived it was completely the wrong cable and does not fit the Kirisun radio. I have emailed twice and received no response.
