Bad service

Ordered a transducer for my fish finder. At first they sent the wrong item and then promised to sort out the mess. Two weeks later I had to go on holiday without a fish finder due to lies from this company. They claim that couriers take over a week to deliver goods from Durban to Manguzi this is all lies. They also promised that the manager will give me a call when he is in as it seems he is never there as every time I phoned he was out this can be one of the reasons for this bad service. I sincerely hope that nobody ever needs to do business with these clowns.
