****arney Mall is undoubtedly the worst mall in Johannesburg. I would encourage shopped to skip this mall and go to Rosebank or Norwood. I went to the ATM this past Saturday, for approx 4minutes. The mall has the audacity to charge R8 for parking as its public holiday rates. Half of the shops are closing down. Wake up mall management. Stop sleeping and try to revitalise the mall by reviewing your parking policy... then more people will come to the mall... no much brain power required to deduce this... but i suppose the mall management is brainless.
