Poor Merchandise

We bought 2 leather gloves on 7 March from the above store. After one use only the gloves tore and were definitely not protective at all.<br> We tried to return them to the store. The owner refused to accept the bad quality of the merchandise and informed us that they cannot refund us as they had been used once...<br> How else must we find out the quality is so poor, Mohamed...???????????????????????? <br> <br> He further used my drivers AIRTIME to contact me. That is below low!!!! He did not even consider using his own telephone to tell me the gloves were used once and he will not refund me.<br> <br> I have no words and will not set foot in that store ever again.<br>
