Worst customer service EVER. Get away of this app... Its troublemaker!

I subscribed for this app looking for a solution for my high ping issue living in Asia and playing in America servers, this app definitely did not work for me. Now my ping is even higher. I tried to reach the customer service many and many times... Online chat, emails, everything... NO answer since the third day using it. I can not cancel nor ask for a refund. The time is passing and it is about to reach the 15 days for a full refund. No one answer me! I sent one email per day and nothing... They simply dont care. How am I going to cancel my subscription? Looking forward for a solution.
