**** Ping *****ing my money

well i dont no if im allowed to complain here about these guys but i bought a yearly package from them for the games i play to lower my ping and after i payed the amount they asked $39.99 and after i payed then i checked that they dont support my games i played i have sended them a couple of email to ask them can they add the games i play but im getting no response from there support i even went to there facebook page got a hold of a support guy there and he told me that they will refund me but still nothing no refund and no support for the past 20 days almost what can i do https://www.****ping.com
