**** Ping *****ing Money. Cannot cancel subscription

I signed up for a month-month contract with **** Ping in a desperate attempt to reduce my lag. It didn't help much. I have tried to cancel **** Ping's service through their website and several e-mails but to no avail. I have received no feedback on my cancellation request and am now forced to s**** my credit card to avoid **** Ping *****ing my money.
