****PING.COM Terrible customer service and terrible refund policy

<p>i am a gamer, and gamers worst nightmare is lag. So i was laging few days now, i needed a solution.<br />my computer is top notch and im using 5ghz wifi.<br />So i thought it was the server locations. i started downloading **** ping , paid for 1 year sub. A solution for gamers, 15 days refund guaranteed if the product doesnt work for you. <br />It didnt now just work but it gave me higher ping as matter of fact. The problem was the wifi stability and it turns out all i needed was wifi extender and the problem was gone. I asked for refund after 3 days. So far no reply and nothing really, i sent second email its been now 6/7 days<br /><br /><br /><br />And its been now 6 days and yet no email reply. not even a comment ive sent 2 emails so far.</p>
