No refund, No service, No "Tier one email support."

<p>**** Ping guaranties better ping to game servers, if your ping doesn't improve they refund you within 7 days. They also claim to have "Top Tier email support." So far from my 12 emails I sent, they responded once, only asking what game titles I played and what servers I picked. Nothing about the actual query I made. The service didn't work for me so I asked for a refund. Something that should have been cleared within the first 7 days of purchase. After this I email them countless times asking for help with the refund, but to no success. This makes me sick to my stomach. The service doesn't work ( it made my ping higher ). They claim Tier one email support and blatantly ignore my emails. I would never in my life recommend this program to anyone!</p>
