**** Ping Worst Customer Experience .. Please do not ever go for this software

I had ordered **** PING. Did the payment that came with the 15 day money back guarantee. When I checked their servers I found bare minimum improvement in ping. As such app**** for a refund. Now the customer service guy asked me about the screenshots I sent him 2, depicting 2 scenarios 1) in which my ping was almost the same while using their service and without 2) in which my ping was actually worse using their service.

The service guy tells me that there was good improvement in the overall performance of the network hence it was OK to digest the bare minimum improvement in the game, and asked for in game performance that he might assist me improving.

A sincere appeal to all who reads this, NEVER trust this ********** service.
