Poor Services

Its been a year since we’ve been married and we still havent received our full Photography package from Kilig Photography, in her quote/invoice we were promised the following:

- 30 min planning session with couple - 8 hours coverage on the day - 2 photographers included - 350+ Full Res images - USB Packaging - Traveling costs included - 30 * 10 x 10 cm prints

We have received everything exept the 30 prints.

My experience with her after our wedding was very poor, she never replies to your emails or whatsapp. I always had to follow up with her. As soon as I asked for the cost of a coffee table book she was quick to respond. I orderd a book but cancelled it a few months after, because she was takening too long and always had an excuse. She never gave me a preview of my photos on facebook which had me worried if she had any photos, finally after 3 months I’ve received the usb with photos, where I had to contact her again because all the family photos was not there. The day she gave me the usb she informed me that I could choose 50 photos for the prints instead of 30. However I’m still waiting for these prints. I send her the list of the photos I want printed a week after I received it.

I’m very dissapointed, we pay so much for wedding photographers and then they go and do this. I don’t say that all photographers does this, but I will not recommend Kilig Photography to anyone. Her service is really bad.

Please if you have used her and you’ve experienced something similar please put it out there so that the next bride don’t make the same mistake.
