Bad photographer service - Kilig Photography

We got married on 16 June 2018 and was told that the photos will take maximum 2 months before we receive everything. We received some photos 13 September after numerous emails, phone calls anf WhatsApps. The package we took included edited photos, Mr & Mrs mugs, photobook. We have not received our photobook, the resr of the images and our mugs. The photographer (Le-Handre Havenga) is not replying to any messages and reluctant to provide me with the rest of our photos and photo book and she is bluntly ignoring us. DO NOT USE HER! We waited almost 2 months for our engagement shoot photos and never received any sneak peak. Her service stinks!
