Broker services cancellation

I've been trying to cancel broker services as I was involved in a car accident and I personally did my claims. I started by sending an email in April from my old email address [Email Removed] but there was no respond from the company. I called again in June and on 29 July 2015, the company promised to call me back to confirm my cancellation. S unfair for me to pay for the service that is not benefiting me at all
