Unable to Access Estate (Kikuyu)

Despite multiple visits to the Estate Manager's office, I am still unable to access the estate. I was added by my landlord on March 31, 2025, and I promptly visited the Estate Manager's office that same day to ensure my onboarding process was completed. Since then, I have visited the office over six times, but rather than receiving assistance, I have been repeatedly instructed to take pictures for the app. I have uploaded these pictures on three separate occasions, yet there has been no progress in resolving the issue.

Kemmone Mochai, Laurine, and Mpho have all been unable to assist me with this matter. Each time I call for help while stuck at the gate, my calls go unanswered. I urgently request that someone address this issue.
