Tahira Johnson, the supposed ‘manager’ at Kikuyu Waterfall, is ***********, arrogant and has zero customer skills. There are frequent water and electricity outages that go on for days at a time. Trying to get an update from her regarding the outages or any admin issue is the equivalent of prying a toddler’s mouth open. The ‘manager’ of the estate has to be prompted to do her job or nothing gets done.

There’s no point in fancy amenities when basics aren’t working and there isn’t a functional management in place.

Lastly, 99% of the negative reviews are deleted weekly. What you see on their site is not an accurate depiction of the estate and how it is run.
