Worst Spa treatments

Firstly I’d like to say the security lady Not sure if her name Senna or something. She was very welcoming and sweet. Then the guy at reception Levi. He was truly great with service. Now the terrible part is the spa treatment. Worst ever. The the******s didn’t even know what my wife and I were booked for. We had booked for reflexology and classic full body massage together. What we both received was a body rub(not massage) even after requesting countless times that the pressure increases, it was not done. They started with the “classic full body massage” but it only went on for 50 minutes and then they left us in the therapy room with no instructions of where or what to do. Then after we decided to find our way back to the reception in the spa. As we waited there, one of the lady the******s(don’t know them by name, they didn’t bother introducing themselves) came to us and tried finding out what we were still waiting for. Then I informed her that we are booked for reflexology too. She tried to convince my wife and I how it was tackled in the massage which mind you the feet were UNTOUCHED! Then I explained how we booked treatments together that take up an hour each. Then she left and came back to direct us back to the room where they both focused on our legs and not feet which I believe reflexology is feet. I was truly disappointed. It lasted 30 minutes and not the full hour it was meant to be.
