Worst spa experience ever

The most unprofessional and horrific spa experience ever. The massage was booked for Malibu Country Lodge, but the spa informed us the venue changed. The new venue is below standard. Only on the****** knew what she was doing. A male worker just walked into the room halfway through the treatment - no knocking. Music was terrible - sounded like Jacaranda radio was playing.
