Negative review about Spa.

Complaints about Spa. They increased the day visit price from R160 to R550, but decreased the quality of service. One of two saunas as wrll as one of two sream rooms and one of two circular showers are not working. Temperature in sauna is very low. Now there is no Tranquility room as it was before. For some reason all the wall clocks disappeared. Snacks five times reduced in size and assortment. Hair driers also disappeared. Inside the saunas it smells like rotten fish. Female staff member entered mens' change room when there were naked people and started searching for something in the lockers. It was just a waste of money. Will never go there again.
