How is this place rated 4 stars ????

My Boys went away for the weekend with the grandparents and I thought it a great Idea to spoil my wife with a romantic night away at a Resort/Spa where we could spend some quality time. OH how I was wrong. Everything went smoothly until we had to go to our 6 course Gourmet Dinner and Wine Paring evening at the restaurant. We arrived promptly at 19:00 as requested and was immediately taken to our table where we sat down and I ordered us a bottle of water as we assumed the wine would follow shortly. to cut things short, by 21:00 we had a bowl of cold potato and leak soup and not 1 glass of wine. After speaking with the manager on duty we ended up having cheese burgers and chips in our room watching SABC 2. This was two weeks ago and I am also still awaiting my refund which I was promised. There has been no communication from Kievits Kroon with us since. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT to say the least.
