Dirty check in and disappointing service .. roach alert

On the 18 Feb 2022, After planning a romantic bday weekend for my better half I was greeted by filth and disappointment. Upon arrival and check in we went into a room that wasn’t cleaned, bed wasn’t done, roach in the toilet on the towels. unprofessional staff and management. Pay points that don’t work due to connection, the staff knows this is a common problem but continue to say it declines over and over. Imagine the unnecessary embarrassment only to find out later it’s a well known problem.

The refund as well was a hassle and took well over a week to get. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
