Booking Confirmation/Cancellation

I wanted to surprise my Mom for her Birthday this coming weekend as she has had a rather stressful year, so I booked and paid for an overnight stay at Kievits Kroon with some treatments for her, over the past weekend my Mom had to fly out to EL as my grandfather (her father) is extremely ill and was placed into hospital, things are not looking good so my Mom won't be in Joburg, therefore I had to cancel the booking and request for a refund so I could afford to buy flights out to EL to be with my family, I sent Kievits an email and without question or delay they responded with well wishes and confirmation on when my refund would be paid, as you can imagine I am worried and would like to get out to my family asap and this money (which I had budgeted for so I could afford this gift) was urgently needed back due to the circumstances, and I cannot explain how grateful I am for the understanding nature these ladies assisted with, Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I will most certainly contact Kievits Kroon in future for your services, it's not often Business show any compassion, so when you come across one that does you must recognise it! THANK YOU!!
