Bad bad bad....

We arrived at 14h00 booked in and went to our room, they gave us the wrong key and had to bring another key as we went it realised the aircon is not working so we got maintenance out, while we waited for them we ordered 2 toasted sandwiches that took an hour to make. Finaly we ate after an hour then maintanance said aircon is broken they will come and help us to another room, after a hour and a half no one came so we phoned and finally got a room that is colder in this extreme heat, we went out for dinner, came back at 10 pm . Falling asleep we had to be waken up at 1h25 which is now to a load cracking noise and water shooting out of the aircon. This is shocking that i paid R2500 for 1 night for my birthday and cant sleep. Its hot and the aircon is frozen. I took pictures and videos of this. What a bad experience
