Appaling service

When we bought a vehicle from Deon, we stated that we want insurance cover whereby if the regular driver or any 1 of the other 5 regular drivers were involved in an accident, there should be no excess payable. Deon understood this and agreed. Deon then called the Auto & General himself and just agreed to whatever he was asked on the phone without consulting my father again. (Deon's voive is clearly heard on the phone recording) the vehicle was involved in an accident, the panel beater fixed the vehicle but wont release it unless we pay R6500 in excess. Now no one wants to take responsibility for this. I say Deon should pay. we are without a vehicle since 10 June and need it business use. we now have to pay another driver for his vehicle which we hired. DEON SHOULD FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY!!
