I had hoped never to write a review like this, as I understand how damaging it can be for a small business. On 7 March 2026, the date of our scheduled photo shoot, the owner of Kiekie Kint, Liezl, cancelled due to a family emergency. I completely understood and was open to rescheduling, but we could not find a suitable date. I then requested a refund of R700, which was agreed to. Since then, communication has been extremely difficult. Despite multiple WhatsApp messages, calls, and emails over an extended period, I received minimal responses and repeated promises of payment. Most recently, I was told the refund would be paid in early April, but no payment has been received. This review is to caution potential clients to take precautions. Had the matter been resolved as promised, I would not have written this review. I hope this leads to better business practices from Kiekie Kint.
