Under delivery

I ordered off the website at the end of Oct with the understanding that I would receive my order in about 4 weeks or so. I followed up in Dec (no communication at that point) and was told that the delivery was delayed due to a delay in the shipment. I followed up again at the beginning of Jan and was told stock was on its way. I received the order a few days later, but one item valued at R1005 was not included in the delivery with no communication been given in this regard. I followed up and was told it would be delivered -at this point I requested a refund. To date no refund, no shipment of item and no response to my emails.
