I order a duvet cover on Kidzco.co.za and paid over the amount due for the order. 2 days went by without receiving any notification whatsover on the status of my order. I enquired on day 2 and received no feedback. On day 3 have I decided to email the person (male/female?) to request my money back, and that I am going to report the matter to the Police. I then got a response telling me that he/she is so sorry for not responding and wanted my order no to track my order. I told the person I am no longer interested and want my money back immediately.

They disappeared without a trace...

I have decided to take the matter further and will report the matter to SAPS.
