Kidz@collage not providing requesting documentation

Fails to send a copy of their financial policy when I have requested this for over a year. Rejected a proposed payment plan of R2500 bi-weekly to bring the account up to date. Hands over accounts without trying to resolve the issue first.

Dishonest and unprofessional.
