Christmas Ruined. No presents for my kid's😭

I've ordered some Christmas gifts for my kids beginning of December but I haven't received them yet. I ordered online, the seller got my address wrong, I mean what's the point of postal codes? Why can't people verify before sending stuff out? Communication is important. Festive season ruined!!! Worse part they not even answering my calls or WhatsApp texts! I'm not even mad I'm just disappointed. I get it we not that developed & it's festive season but talk to your clients to avoid unnecessary conflicts.
